1. Duct Leakage Diagnosis
- Required by City of Austin Ordinance
- Depressurize entire duct system to identify CFM loss through duct leakage (average 32% loss)
- Carbon monoxide level evaluation
- Upgrade recommendations made in personalized Energy Audit report
- City of Austin/Austin Energy Audit documented as required (good for 10 years)
2. Whole House Diagnosis
- Includes Duct Leakage Diagnosis
- Not required by City of Austin ordinance
- Blower Door Fan Test
- Combustion Appliance Inspection and Safety Test
- Air leakage inspection to identify potential bypasses through walls and ceilings
- Room by room inspections under depressurization (Smoke Puffer Test)

3. Re-Inspection
- Upon completion of upgrades, a final re-inspection for confirmation/verification of sufficient ventilation.
